Why subscribe?

If you subscribe you get to access the early, unfiltered, and unpublished content for CTRL+POUR. This includes ramblings, essays and dissertations on media and coffee alike.

Subscribing is you looking into my creative process—my most vulnerable, and my most absolute. I would like to use this space to foster dialogue. Truth be told, when speaking on CTRL+POUR, I use the terminology ‘us’, when really—it’s just me, a Canva provided by Marissa, and my stuffed animal possum.

Eventually, I’d like this [Substack] to be a place that fosters internal dialogue, so the content I create isn’t just filtered through me, but is instead through a community of individuals with different perspectives.

The goal is a beat a week (yes, music) and an essay, dissertation, or episode write-up once a week.
